Borders Energy Reports is a leading energy reports business for the North of England & Scotland, dealing with:

We are a two energy assessor business, offering quick turnaround from instruction to lodgement, competitive pricing and quality service. We undertake assessments personally, we are not an agency; the person you instruct is the accredited assessor doing your EPC, so if you require any subsequent advice or information you can contact the assessor who did your work.
Both assessors are accredited with Elmhurst Energy and are able to lodge EPCs in England & Scotland, for domestic properties and to Level 4 for non-domestic/commercial properties.
