We were delighted with the service we received. The surveyor came out promptly to complete the survey and emailed the report to us and our estate agent. It was far cheaper commissioning our report direct rather than going through the estate agent. I would recommend anyone to proceed in this way and to use this company.

This was my first experience with an online sourced EPC assessment and everything went smoothly. Stephen was polite and courteous. He contacted me 30 mins prior to arrival to confirm the appointment. Within 24hrs the certificate was emailed to me. Excellent service.
