Called him in the afternoon, he agreed to do it the same day and emailed me the report the same day.

My estate agent was demanding an EPC quickly. I rang Steve at 2.00pm, he arrived at my house at 4.00pm on the same day!. The EPC job was carried out efficiently and quickly. The actual certificate was emailed to me as a PDF first thing the next morning.
