About Us
Bluestone Property Consultants (BPC) are firm of Building and Insurance Surveyors and fully accredited SAP rating providers for commercial and domestic dwellings. Our Building Surveyors, work alongside clients with more extensive property portfolios for whom accurate data collection is crucial to the sustainability of their organisation. Our surveyors are able to provide Energy Performance Certificates for the sale and letting of commercial and domestic buildings, to satisfy the requirements of EU Directive adopted in 2003. We provide commercial epcs for Level 3 & 4 buildings as well as domestic epcs.
We can provide detailed Condition reports which can be used for schedules of condition, dilapidation, DDA, energy ratings, safety rating and Decent Homes Standards.
