About Us
EPC Scotland Ltd were one of the first companies qualified in Scotland to produce commercial and domestic EPC's. Since 2009 we have completed in the region of 1200 commercial EPC's, ranging from Prudentials Head Office in Stirling (30,000sqm) to 50sqm corner shops, we have also completed in the region of 1500 domestic EPC's during the same period. We were also one of the first companies to produce an A rated and carbon negative EPC. Our client portfolio includes RBS, SSE, Scottish and Newcastle, British Gas plus many others. We are as happy to accept one off commissions, although we would be delighted to discuss any bulk survey requirements.
