We charge a £60 flat fee, NO VAT! For properties up to & inc 4 bedrooms.

This is not a from price this IS the price with NO hidden extras!

One phone call and we take care of the rest including emailing the EPC to your chosen Agent or Solicitor leaving you one less thing to worry about.

I am a reliable Fully accredited & Professional assessor with over two thousand assessments already completed for agents, Solicitors, landlords and members of the public.

I cover the majority of South Yorkshire Inc Rotherham, Doncaster, Barnsley & Dearne valley. Most assessments can be done within 1-2 days inc weekends and early evening calls.

No call centres, no 0845 No's just a friendly local (Rotherham), voice, probably the wife (Christine), who can book an appointment for you. Give us a call.
