While travelling in Greece we put our tenanted house in Huddersfield on sale and we needed an EPC in a hurry. Within 24 hours of contacting Faisal Khan by email, he had made all the necessary arrangements with the tenants, visited the house, made the assessment and emailed us a copy of the EPC along with a link to the EPC register. This is accurate, prompt and professional service and we could not ask for more.
