About Us

Hello EPC was formed by Steve Makepeace in 2020, he is an accredited Domestic Energy Assessor and licenced to produce EPCs (Energy Performance Certificates)
He has 40 years experience in the construction and energy industries. Working in oil refineries, power stations, new builds, property renovation. Worked for British Gas with the rollout of supplying electricity.
Involved in double glazing, solar water heating and most recently total energy company offering all forms of energy efficiency, insulation (cavity wall, spray loft insulation), ground and air heat source systems
