Just called Craig on Jublille BH Sat as needed an EPC urgently for flat. Craig responded & could carry out the EPC Monday, saved us approx £150 on three flats instead of going through estate agents, many thanks Craig

Called on a Sunday out of hours and left a message, Craig called me back within an hour and came the next day. Polite, fast and efficiant had my report the same day. Great service and saved me £50 rather than going through the estate agents :) thanks craig
