About Us
Headed up by Adam Freeman, an experienced surveyor and energy consultant, N-Surv are a respected provider of Commercial EPCs and Display Energy Certificates (DECs) and associated advisory services. Because we're based minutes from the M4 motorway in Newport South Wales, we are fortunate enough to able to cover a large territory comprising all of South Wales, Bristol, Avon and the Three Counties. Occasionally we operate on a national and international level for large project work although the majority of our business is carried out in Bristol and Cardiff.
For standard single buildings and to keep on top of a high volume of incoming work, most certificates are registered on the same day of the site survey with a typical 8 hour lead time. Costs vary with complexity and size, however most buildings can be surveyed for under £200.
