The EPC assessor was rude when the appointment was booked and had the attitude that they were so busy they didn't need to come to complete the assessment. The EPC took place and was paid for on 7/02/13 and has only been put on the EPC register 19/03. The report was chased on many occasions and the assessor only answered the phone when I withheld the number. It seemed the more we chased the less they tried to sort the issue. They tried fobbing us off with the excuse that it had been done already and we just hadn't found it in our junk email as it would come through from "webmaster". 1 we were not told what to look for in terms of an email and 2 I checked the EPC register daily and it was not showing until today which is 19/03. This company offers an awful service and treats you like your an idiot. They may be cheap but this is due to the sub standard service they offer! I would avoid them at all costs.
