Nottingham energy partnership has over 10 years experience in providing sustainability consultancy services to a wide variety of clients across both the public and private sectors. We are able to offer EPC surveys and floor plans if required to commercial and domestic properties nation wide. All of our EPC surveyors and energy auditors are fully trained, highly experienced and certified under STROMA.

NEP is a social enterprise wholly owned by the registered charity (Number – 1091513) Nottingham Energy Partnership. This means that 100% of the profits made by the company are reinvested in community carbon reduction and public health programmes. Any client who purchases a service from NEP can know that they are purchasing a high quality and professional service while effectively donating to a carbon reduction charity.

In addition to EPCs NEP is able to offer more comprehensive energy audits for our commercial clients investigating where and how energy is used across their estate. These audits are completed by provision of an energy audit report detailing improvement opportunities and potential funding sources. NEP can offer clients with a bespoke package of support to help them identify and act upon opportunities to save money, reduce energy usage and minimize their environmental impact. Prices for this service are dependent upon the size of the property but begin at £225 for smaller properties.
