I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself, we are a small family run business, having attained my qualification DipNDEA 3&4, I am fully accredited through STROMA Certification.
The pricing structure would depend on the complexity of the building and not necessarily the m2.
For example: If the building was a simple takeaway shop around 75m2, the data could be gathered and completed within a few hours and therefore the EPC could be lodged the same day, the cost would be around £175 plus lodgement fees, I hope this gives you some indication of my pricing. I am able to survey any commercial buildings i.e. Care Homes, Public houses, retail businesses, office buildings up to level 4. Obviously in this industry there must be a degree of confidentially when carrying out surveys, for example staff on site etc.

I carry out all the work personally with the utmost discretion. All quotations are carried out quickly & surveys can be arranged within a tight time-scale.
