I am a fully accredited and insured residential/commercial energy assessor based in Uxbridge/Greater London. I cover Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, W, SW and NW London. I have been active in the industry since 2011 and I offer a range of services to homeowners, landlords, Residential and commercial estate agents, solar and building services companies at competitive prices. I don't charge VAT for my services and my aim is to make the EPC process a quick, hassle free and pleasant experience from order till delivery.

We recently engaged Hasib to provide an EPC for our property after reading the reviews here, and were incredibly impressed with the service. He was able to visit the property within a couple of days of our first conversation and turned around the certificate very quickly. We found him to be extremely polite, courteous and punctual, as well as helpful. Great communication from start to end. Would thoroughly recommend and would use him again.

Very nice guy and great communication throughout. Would say one thing though - put a towel on the wall when using ladders :-) - had to paint over the marks!
