About Us
My name is Mr Tan Singh, I’m an DEA, I produce EPC’s and Retrofit reports, for domestic homes in the UK. I have mostly worked in care, but I have shifted my attention towards working as a Retrofit assessor, working in helping to assess the properties to a towards aligning the house market with PAS2035 standards.through house assessments, I have really enjoyed working as a DEA, doing EPC’s for people who where selling there homes or putting them on rent, measuring up the home and getting the correct energy report developed using Elmhurst & Quidos as my accreditation body. Working around my day, it was all about time manging myself, so I’m giving myself enough time to do my job for all my clients, furthermore, I spent a lot of time reading up to better my knowledge on household systems, via Quidos updates, and doing my CPD to stay alert with the changes within the built environment. Now working as a retrofit assessor, to be a part of a new way towards helping improving the homes in the UK. This role is essential for helping homeowners, landlords, and residents make choices that reduce their carbon footprints, lower energy costs, and make their homes more sustainable. I’ll be working as a retrofit assessor within the West Midlands.
